USHOPUCARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement outlines your obligations as a member and explains our obligations to you. By enrolling as a UShopUcare member you agree to the following terms and conditions. UshopUcare may amend the Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this website. You confirm that UShopUCare shall not be liable to you for any changes or removal of these terms. You will be bound by the Amended Terms from the time that they are posted. If you violate any of the Terms, your right to use and access this website will terminate automatically.

Membership & Termination of Accounts

Only one account per person is permitted on UShopUCare. You must be a resident of the UK to qualify for a UShopUCare account and receive cashback. We reserve the right to refuse membership and reserve the right to terminate your UShopUCare account without notice.

Cashback and Rewards

It is your responsibility to be logged in to your own account and when shopping, click through using the relevant retailer’s links. This enables your purchase to be tracked and the correct commission to be credited to your account.

Cashback is rewarded once the retailer confirms your purchases. Depending on their returns policy this normally will be done within 30 days. However some retailers may take upwards of 45 days. Any transaction you make is with the retailer and not with UShopUCare.

Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed, then the cashback payment will not be made.

We will make every effort to make sure cashback offers are correctly illustrated onsite. We reserve the right to correct errors made.

All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailers. UShopUCare can not be responsible if for any reasons the retailer’s sites are not correctly reporting sales to us. In the rare case that this occurs we will make every effort to negotiate the cashback reward from the retailer on your behalf however the retailer's decision is final.

Cashback Payments and Charity/Fundraiser Donations

Cashback payments will be issued monthly, 30 days in arrears, providing your total account balance exceeds £20. If your account is below this amount, then it will be carried forward to the next month.

When you withdraw, you will receive a number of options of how much of your cashback you will donate to charity/fundraiser. This ranges from 0% to 100%. Remember, every purchase you make, a donation will automatically be credited to a charity/fundraiser of your choice.

Should a retailer delay payment or cease trading, then we will make every effort to recover your cashback. However, UShopUCare makes no guarantees to payment until funds have been received from the retailer or their agents.

Refer-a-friend and Sign Up Bonus

You are only able to create one account and receive one sign up bonus per person. This bonus is only redeemable once you have reached the withdrawal threshold of £20. Each refer-a-friend bonus will only be paid out once that member has earned £20. This will be shown as 'pending' in your account until such time.

Please note, funds cannot be transferred between accounts.

Members Newsletter

All members will receive a monthly and weekly newsletters, providing updates on the latest UShopUCare members offers and site updates, including new charities and fundraisers. It is a condition of membership that you provide and maintain a valid email address to receive at least the monthly email with the weekly newsletter being optional. Please note, as stated in our privacy policy www.ushopucare.co.uk , your email address or details will not be sold, shared or rented to any third party.

This website includes links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any links to other websites is not an endorsement of such website and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or the availability or the privacy policy of any such site.

Dormant Accounts

In the event that your UShopUCare account is dormant (showing no transactions), for a period exceeding 12 months, then we reserve the right to terminate your account.

Severance

If any of the above terms and conditions should be deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
